Ceasefire invites applications from candidates to join us as Customer Service Executives to create positive and productive customer interactions. Position requires candidates to help internal and external customers in resolving their queries, give customers product related information, take orders, and process returns.

The position is based out of company's office space in West Bromwich and involves taking care of various administrative activities from processing new orders to sending reminder emails, implementing company's debtor management processes for payment & dues, managing customer database and sharing it with the sales team for efficient conversion.

Key Highlights of the Position

ROLE OVERVIEW

The candidate will be responsible for delivering incremental results measured by customer satisfaction, process effectiveness and efficiency. Candidate would be required to make outbound calls for business generation and inbound calls to coordinate with different functions and teams for product deliveries, complaint resolutions, product enquiries and payments. 

OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS & CONTROL

Based at the company's office space at West Bromwich the role entails coordinating with Ceasefire trade partners and end customers to maintain relationship and build new partnership for revenue generation. 

 

From handling calls to managing relevant databases for efficient conversion, processing orders, ensuring timely deliveries and collection of payments, this role is an integral part of the organisation. 

STAKEHOLDER INTERACTION

The candidate would be expected to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in the Ceasefire ecosystem to get their goals. These include Finance & Accounts, Logistics Teams, Learning & Development Cell, Marketing Team, Product Development & Design, IT team and more.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate should be GCSE level D-G, Key Skills Level 1, NVQ Level 1. 

 

The candidate must have experience in customer support and management, and should be balanced, confident and a team player with a positive mindset.
