Ceasefire invites applications from Sales Managers to join us as leaders in business development for the Southern UK territory. Position entails relationship building with potential trade partners and appointing the Trade Partner / Distributor Network for the company.

This leadership position also involves supporting the newly appointed business partners and promoting channel sales for Ceasefire’s company manufactured, globally certified firefighting solutions including a complete line of fire extinguishers, Cabinet Fire Protection Systems, Total Flooding Systems, Kitchen Suppression Systems and more.

Key Highlights of the Position

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

The candidate will be responsible to build a pipeline of prospective trade partners by scanning through the fire industry horizon, sell them the concept of franchise, support them through the onboarding process, help them sell Ceasefire fire solutions to the end users and convert them into profitable associations for the company.

OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS & CONTROL

The position involves continuous tracking of performance by partners, record and analysing the same for achieving business goals will be an integral part of the role.

Managing end-to-end sales conversion, starting from supporting the business partner in creating an order, to helping in entering the order into the company’s CRM software for processing, ensuring timely deliveries and collection of payments from the partners, makes it a holistic leadership role.

STAKEHOLDER INTERACTION

The candidate would be expected to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in the Ceasefire ecosystem to get their business goals achieved. These include Finance & Accounts, Logistics Teams, Learning & Development Cell, Marketing Team, Product Development & Design, IT team and more.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate should be Graduate / GCSE/ Diploma or certification from reputed university

 

Candidate must possess an experience of 3-5 years in Sales, setting up trade partner networks in Fire Safety Business with products like Kitchen Suppression Systems / Total Flooding Systems / Tube Based Systems or Fire Extinguishers and have sound technical knowledge about such product lines.
